Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of young heartache achieved widespread success in the early 20th century. Swift's passion for music was evident in the early years of her life. From children's plays to performing before thousands, Swift made rapid progress. Swift was just 11 when she sang The Star-Spangled Banner at a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. The following year Swift began to write songs and picked up the guitar. Swift took inspiration from artists who played country music, like Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks as well as the Chicks to come up with original songs which reflected the alienation she experienced at the age of 13. Swift relocated from Pennsylvania along with her parents in Tennessee to Hendersonville when she was 13 years old to dedicate her time in contacting the country music labels.
